NAMASTE, MOTHER INDIA – JAIPUR & RANTHAMBORE

Trying to showcase through pictures – as I concluded thousands of words would not be enough to describe this astonishing land – the beauty and the exotic appeal of Delhi and Agra, time has come to move forward towards the royal region of Rajasthan, home of the fearless Rajputs whose legacy of impressive forts and astounding palaces served as an inspiration for the most amazing stories ever conceived by the human mind. Rajasthan’s capital, Jaipur, nestles some of the most exquisite architectural gems basking under the Indian sun. Away from the Pink City’s overwhelming blend of history, lifestyle and opulence lays the jungle of Ranthambore, one of the biggest national parks in India, famous for its major wildlife, whose best attraction are the tigers – unfortunately, during my stay there, I wasn’t able to spot a single trace of the world’s largest feline. Still, the hundreds of vivid hued birds, the picturesque sights and the herbivores populating the land make a visit to Ranthambore become a treat for every wildlife and nature seeker.
