BACKPACK ADDICTION

Like every accessories addict, I always keep my eyes wide opened for the latest trends in shoes and bags –when having to choose a favorite, I would say that the arm-candies have a special place in my heart. After all, a high-quality handbag is just like a valuable piece of jewelry – it instantaneously steals the spotlight, upgrading my outfits without any effort. Although I might be considered conservative, whenever I go hunting for a new bag, the ones that pop to my eyes display timeless design and neutral colors – this way I get to carry them more than one season, with a pile of different outfits. However, this season, while browsing the online shops searching for a new arm-candy to add to my collection, the first thing that caught my attention was the enormous amount of backpacks totally standing out from the wide selection of styles.

Even though when this trend first appeared on the runway I said to myself that I’d never embrace it – it reminds me too much of the first years of school, when carrying that enormous backpack on my shoulder was literally a burden – months later, here I am seriously considering the purchase of a designer backpack.
