KSUBI F/W 2015

Though the light breath of the wind playing with our hair and the umbrella waiting on the hallway hanger serve as constant reminders of spring’s moody attitude, though I haven’t had the chance to enjoy a proper sunbathe for more than thirty minutes and my feathery outfits are still waiting for a chance to show their utility against summer’s balls of fire, some of the big names in the Industry are one step ahead, transporting us to the next season, through their F/W 2015 advertising campaigns.

Among them, the well-known denim brand Ksubi, whose creative director, Apples Ryan tried to capture the natural relationship between siblings, casting the “male model of the moment” Lucky Blue Smith and his real-life sister Piper America for the ad. Previously starring campaigns for CK, Tommy Hilfiger or H & M, the 16 years old bleached blonde Mormon has quickly become an Instagram celebrity, counting almost 1 million followers on the social media network.  Along with his sisters, Piper America and Daisy Clementine, Lucky Blue Smith plays in the up-and-coming rock & roll band THE ATOMICS.
