MILAN FASHION WEEK S/S 2015

Milan Fashion Week S/S 2015 kicked off last week, and, while lost in the ocean of on-and-off-the-catwalk pictures flooding the internet, I can’t help but thinking of an article I read earlier this year, stating that Milan Fashion Week is fading, compared to its other sisters NY, London and Paris – right, its schedule might not be as full as the ones displayed in the other fashion Meccas but in my opinion it features the same blend of excitement, elegance and surprise as its older siblings – as a matter of fact, Milan Fashion Week has a special place in my heart – maybe because I can relate best to the Italians style of dressing, maybe it’s their contagious “joie de vivre” or their show-stopping shoes which can easily pass for contemporary works of art … I don’t know what it is and I’m not gone try to explain it…One thing for sure – this season, once again Milan showed its best, spoiling us with its amazing blend of elegance and timeless refinement .
