TRANSITIONAL OUTERWEAR

Looking out the window at the ocean of white desolation covering the vivid-hued garden I used to admire no longer than a few months ago, I miss the days when the sun was bright in the sky, bringing joy to my heart. Though the freezing chill in the air is punishing everyone who dares to venture outside without a woolen hat over the ears and a chunky scarf wrapped around the neck, I can’t help imagining the change of season, walking down the avenue dressed in my favorite light jacket, my steps bolder than they had ever been before, pretty flowers and colorful blossoms surrounding me with the promise of their fragrance. Craving for a glimpse at the season of revival, still knowing that transitional weather can be tricky especially in terms of dressing – should I search for an ally in a faux-fur jacket, disregarding the discomfort come noon, or should I take the hard-love path, ignoring the misty mornings in a denim jacket? – I pulled together a list of transitional outerwear  meant to become our wardrobe heroes come spring.
