Summer is one step away and while browsing the web in search of new wardrobe treats ready to be added to my warm-weather collection, I got conquered by an item I never till these days felt close to: the peasant blouse. Don’t know if it has something to do with the fact I recently popped over a few gorgeous pics of Jane Birkin wearing a bohemian top in the ’70, or with me trying to get out of my comfort zone – feminine dresses and neutral – hued pumps – but adopting this breezy trend seems like a perfect idea these days.

Hoping the free-spirit exuded by this type of blouse will pass its effects on me, I choose a few favorites that I virtually styled, before making an actual purchase.
