BREAKFAST FRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPE
When it comes to breakfast favourites, nothing compares to the delight of savouring a smoothie bowl made from delicious fruits, whole grains and creamy Greek yoghurt – the result: a nutrient-dense power meal who doesn’t only taste amazing but also looks like rainbow in a bowl. All you need to enjoy this morning super-meal is a blender, your go-to fruits and the toppings of your choice. Here’s my favourite breakfast fruit smoothie bowl recipe.
SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:
½ cup milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. honey
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, than place into a bowl.
